Share 'You've been tweaked (not that anyone has noticed)'

Okay, it's 2009 and the next anniversary of WXCI is almost a month away. There's been a discernable lack of enthusiasm or chatter about the event. Nothing seems to be planned or currently in the works. I guess I felt a small reminder (or tweaking) was in order. Consider yourself tweaked. (ok, I also wanted to see if everything still worked here too)
